Our goal is to provide an outstanding level of personal service, introduce our customers to the latest technology available, and to properly size equipment for maximum comfort and efficiency. We will provide customer service throughout the warranty phases of the product, remember that each customer may be a source of referral business to us.

Troy Mauder
Troy has over 30 years of experience in the industry. He is Nate Certified and Certified in Type-I Type-II Refrigerant Program, Unico/High Velocity, Generac and Lead. Troy is also a member of Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, HBA, BBB & Toledo Heating & Air Conditioning Association (THACCA).
Brenda Mauder
Brenda is Co-Owner of Mauder Heating & Air Conditioning. Brenda & her husband Troy started Mauder Heating & Air Conditioning May 16, 2005. Brenda schedules, organizes and her ultimate goal is to provide the customer service. She can be reached at brenda@mauderhvac.com. Brenda was born in Kentucky and loves bare feet, and the smell of fresh air after a thunder storm.
